Erm, basically they get marked down for getting call backs from customers when they've already sorted out their problems and closed the case. It's called a Repeat and he had the least last month. I'm not surprised because it's something that really bothers him at work

My phone can take a card, but it has 80mb's of memory on it's own, so I've never felt the need to use one.

Wine is where a lot of our money goes I save a bit each month, but I think that might all get eaten up by wedding costs. Which isn't a bad thing to spend money on but still...savings would be nice too.
