Meanwhile, I'm geeking out. They're doing a reading of Harry Potter by celebrities, chapter by chapter. And guess who reads the first chapter? Daniel Radcliffe! And he's a fantastic reader. He's animated, but he's also not too animated, you know?

It was nice. It was a bit odd because you could hear the noises from his street, but like I said, he's an excellent reader.

Mary Trump, Don Trump's niece who is a "clinical pyschologist has a book to be released on July 28th titled "Too Much and never enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man". It's expected to explain how specific events & general patterns have created "The damaged man who currently occupies the Oval Office , in including the strange and harmful relationship between Fred Trump and his two oldest sons, Fred Jr. and Donald." I do plan to checkout this book. I might pickup John Bolton's book if it does get released & survives whatever lawsuits by Trump should that occur.

I heard about that book. I know she has an axe to grind with her uncle, whom she and her brother argue defrauded her branch of the family of part of the grandfather's inheritance because her dad (Fred Jr, or Donald's older brother) was suffering from dementia at the time.

It doesn't mean she's wrong about what she has to say, of course. And she sure would have an inside view of things.

Finally, our library is doing a drop off and pick up service and I can return the 4 books I had for months and get two new books I had on hold.

they are both horror. I can't remember their names though to share them. Just looking forward to something new after so long!
