I baked these this week, but gluten and lactose free.
  Not sure what they are called in English. But here they have lots of name. Where I come from in Sweden we call them Mösatöva. Others call them kärleksmums or kokosrutor.  __________________

Those look delicious! I miss baking and eating baking. Gotta watch my weight though so it's actually rare when I eat baked goods these days!

Sorry. I mistook the "snow" on top of them for coconut, which I realize falls under "tree nuts" by usage more than by what it actually is, but as I'm allergic to pretty much anything that has "nut" in the word, I have formed the nasty habit of lumping them all under the umbrella of "nuts."
Either way... you're either saying that's not coconut or you, rightfully, don't consider coconut to be a nut... So if it's not coconut, I'm good. If it is, I would still need it removed. __________________

 I know!But, what can I do? I've been allergic since I was three and you can't sit down a three-year-old to explain the distinguishing aspects of "tree nuts" versus just "nuts." Of course, I know the difference now, but it's hard to undo things that were hard-wired into you as a child. __________________
