Well, for starters, yes. Then again, when's the last time he made a non-crappy movie?

The serious answer is that, for my own wellbeing, I've found that it's better if I stay away from movies that leave me depressed or anxious. So, when it comes to movies like Detroit, to give a concrete example, I have no doubt that it's excellent, but the subject matter is so terrible that I just can't...

It's the weirdest thing, too. Because I can watch documentaries about the most awful subjects and I'm okay. But when you engage my imagination? It just stays with me too much.

American Made was pretty good, actually.

Saw 'Wonder Woman', good movie, one of the best from the Comic World. Good performances from Gal and Chris

Aw, Dave. You and your damning with faint praise comments. "Pretty good," was it? Spare me. Tom Cruise Action Hero does not interest me.

I'm just not a critic. If I like it - it's good, if I don't - it's not. (and a pilot doesn't really count as an action hero)

Collateral is a great one.

Hands down Wonder Woman was my favorite movie of the summer. Right now I have up there with Logan and Get Out as the best films of the year.

And yet you called American Made "pretty good," neither good, nor bad. And that's a good Tom Cruise movie in your book.

A pilot in a war zone is close enough to Tom Cruise Action Hero for my taste.

Hi everyone!
Not sure if I had posted here but here I am now, finally into movie watching after years of not.

That clown movie trailer creeped me out the other day when my boo showed it to me as a future movie we could watch together.
Not sure if I'd watch it alone because I get easily scared

However I did watch The Defenders recently and Minions and Inside Out which all was cool.
Last night I did a Donald Strachey Mysteries all movies and one other day saw Daredevil from Marvel.

I plan some more and even made list on IMDB so I can follow up my growing movie list. Frankly now I feel like a movie buff as there is about 300 (!!!) movies already and some I know I have forgotten after years
