That's such an unpleasant experience to begin with. I can't imagine how much worse it is when you're all stressed out because you have on your mind that you forgot something important like that.

Starting to feel anxious about Brexit, with all the stupid things the Government is doing. I've really got to stop reading the news.

I'm getting there. Not because of Canada, but because our main partners are the U.S. and the UK. So, you know, hello trouble.

Our government has launched a vote of confidence on itself over the latest Covid-19 benefits law/package/whatever it's called. And they're not the best government. But, honestly, it could be so much worse under the Conservatives...

Anyway, that's happening overnight. So, in theory, tomorrow, I could find out that we have to vote again.

That's not the only reason I'm anxious, of course. I've dealt with this...my whole life, really. This past week I was finally able to go back to therapy. It was the right decision

I'm glad to hear that you're getting help. In these tough, tough, times, I have a feeling that's going to be important. Because it's not all you, but if you're prone to anxiety, the past months will have been very difficult and since it's not looking like improvement is on the horizon...

But try to keep hope. I know it's hard. But, as trite as it sounds, it's always darkest before the dawn. It seems to me like the cycle of life is for things to hit rock bottom before they get better. I think we may be in the death throes of a generation trying to hang on to power as hard as they can and it's a disaster.

And it's not like the new generations will be miraculously virtuous or whatever. It's just that we're moving towards generation where basic things like human rights, climate change and racial equality are not controversial. So there is hope.

I'm looking for a car. It's pushing my anxiety up a little bit. A Community group is going to pay for it. I have to a lot of research and looking at cars. On the bright side, I wouldn't be asking for a ride to work for the weekend shift at work.

The idea of me buying a car on my own makes me anxious cause the salespeople always pressure you and try to screw you out of more money than the price and then all the haggling you do to get the best deal!

I agree. If for no other reason than to give you that bumper from the pressure you receive or feel.

This year....man it's been the most anxiety inducing
