Absolutely. Focus on the positives. Bad memories can be replaced by good ones. Like the hospital I went to, to remove my miscarriage, eventually I had both my kids there, and that's what I remember it for.

Claire, those are great memories to hold on to.

The hospital was awesome. The best Christmas and New Year's I'd had in forever. Plus, everyone was so good to me. They took good care of me.

I'm anxious the PT experience will be bad, and that I'll lose track of the good memories.

How's things on your end?

I had to get up early, to I was pretty stressed about all of that. Waking up early. Making sure things were in order to receive my dad, nephew, etc. It went well, in the end.

I'm glad it went well. It's amazing how something that is actually good, that we look forward to, causes so much anxiety.

PT was good today. It was a place I'd been before, and I really like the physical therapist. So, I was worried for nothing. As usual.

Having a planned schedule, of the appointments, it oddly helps me put other things in order, and divide my time better. So, maybe less anxiety there, too.

The anticipation is so often much worse than the thing you're worried about.

I think anticipation is pretty much ALWAYS worse, but that doesn't stop me from going through it each and every time.

The problem with this vacation has been that I haven't been able to relax, even as I've done f-all for pretty much all of it. Too much anxiety about what awaits me when I get back.

It's not always stressful, Leanne. It's been stressful for a couple of years, I'll grant you that, but I've just started making headway in terms of getting help to reduce that stress.

So, you know, it'd be a bad time to cut and run.
