i saw my shrink today and it was a good session. we talked about my anxiety, and it now getting better as almost everything is falling into place for me.

I'm at a point right now where my anxiety is far worse than my depression. Shortly after new year I started having regular small panic attacks for no reason, I know the signs now so realise pretty fast that I'm not dying, but they're normally always followed by a headache or a migraine and I could do without that, tbh.

It's good that you can identify them. The last one I had came out of no where a few months ago and it ruined me. I was a wreck. I had to leave the forum for a week, because I physically couldn't get out of bed let alone post.

however later on monday, i texted my job support officer and asked her to speak to my store manager at my job, as i hadn't been able to talk to her for the past couple of weeks. now i'm getting anxious as my job support officer told me that she would see my manager on thursday, which was yesterday, and i was hoping that my job support officer would text me, but she hasn't yet, thus i'm feeling anxious.

waiting is the worst. It allows us to take our minds on a roller coater of what if's and other unlikely scenarios.

I hope you get your call/text soon.

I'm having a waiting issue myself, It sucks.

off-topic, but I wonder why so many cats jump seeing a cucumber?? I have a cat and now I'm curious to see if he would do that too!
