No I totally get how unfulfilling it would be; I'm not familiar with the series but the principle itself, I completely get. A TV series always needs some sort of closure I think, leave certain things open ended like relationships but the physical ongoing plot needs to be done justice

I have such a bad streak with TV shows that I absolutely love - they either get only one season and get cancelled, or other issues get in the way BTS. Little Men, Instant Star, Las Vegas, Mutant X..just at the top of my head.

One of my favourite shows of all time ever is Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. It was canned after one season and I actually didn't watch it when it was on; Matthew Perry was in it and right before I fell for HSM I went through this "fdjklafhdsflkd Matthew Perry!!!!!" phase where I bought the DVD of every movie he'd been in and heard he'd been in this TV show after Friends and it was seriously, gah, one of the best things I've ever seen and I just cannot comprehend how it wasn't received well in the US. Kinda how I felt about The Beautiful Life, too

I never really watched that show but I definitely remember it and all the talk about the fact it was getting cancelled. It just sucks so much for everyone involved, I think most of all the fans, because they're SO invested and then it's all just gone, just like that. And TBL too, that seemed like such a unique show but of course the CW didn't seem to give a damn.

TV is so different to movies - perhaps why I typically prefer TV as a medium - in that you do become so invested in the characters and the plot and TV presents that opportunity for character development and intricate plots; and when it doesn't get the opportunity to reach its full potential it is so disappointing.

Ew, gross. Hate being cooped up for that long.
Just had an amazing weekend with the parentals - it's true that it sometimes takes not having them there to appreciate them. I was bawling like a baby as I drove from their hotel in the city to home tonight. |

Um....black, blue, yellow, pink, lilac, coral. I've also been using grey for the past couple of years.
