In good news, I ran 8 miles today!

I went to the gym myself. I went to do Zumba... was there 50 minutes before and the class was already full so decided Turbokick sounded fun.... get into the class and it was actually kickboxing.

It was so much fun though!

It was amazing! Sweat was literally dripping off me. Which sounds totally gross, and it was, but it felt so rewarding.

And of course I then bump into my friend from work and she introduces me to all her friends looking like complete and utter crap.

Oh no I totally get it. I don't feel like I worked out if I don't sweat. My roommate was in long pants and a longsleeved tshirt and she barely broke a sweat.... I looked gross.
