How has everyone been? Random, but is everyone looking forward to winter as much as I am? (Except Dani who is currently preparing for summer - so jealous

) It has been so cold here and it's getting even worse. I hate that transitional period between summer and then real winter (when it snows). It's always so cold and rainy.

I love the real winter when it eventually arrives, I can't be bothered with transitional weather we are having at the moment

I got given Carly's schools contingency plans for the severe weather today, they are getting us prepared early this year, the school was closed for nearly a week because of the snow last Nov/Dec

I'm not really fond of winter anyway (even though I think Christmas is the greatest time of the year and the snow kind of goes with that of course

) but the transitional period is the worst.

I like looking at snow, but I hate being in it. It's quite difficult for me to walk in it but you probably know why.

I adore the beach. Favourite place to be, ever.

I just sunbathe a lot.

I love looking at the snow too.

And standing in it while it snows around you.

I love fresh fallen snow, I cant be bothered with it once it goes all grey and mushy and then starts to ice over

I love to sunbathe by the pool, don't do the beach though, I am allergic to sand
