Ryan's character development is by far my favourite thing about that movie, tbh.

Seriously, though. I love that the Evans twins got a backstory and all, and tbh, I like their plot much better than Troy and Gabriella's. In HSM2, at least.

At least with the Ryan/Gabriella scenes they cut we got them all in the deleted scenes.

Always. There is never enough of these two.

Even if most of those deleted scenes were awkward, it was all about progression into becoming friends.

And Ryan's character development in general. I love how he's subtly reading a book about difficult siblings in that pool scene.
