Wow, being an extra could be a bit tedious too. But it's worth it when you see the cast often and catch them in funny moments like that.

And Rob looking at that girl, it's a good thing she didn't melt right on the spot.

I was so excited when I found out Twilight would be filming near where I live. My friend lives in Kalama and so she kind of had the inside scoop about the filming there. Well we were about to call it a day and head home. Thinking we were the worst vampire stalkers ever. I went to get the car and meet back up with my friends. While I was sitting in the car a van passes and my friend and I think we see Robert in it. ( turns out to be Jasper) So I get out to round up the rest of my group and tell them the bad news... that we've missed Edward. As I am walking up to them Bella (can't remember the name of the actress) walks by me. I actually didn't realize who it was. Both of the girls that were with me were giving me the "that's Bella" nod. She looked kind of grumpy to me. But in her defense I'm sure she had had a very long day.

As I am trying to tell my friends that we missed Robert who should walk past but the vampire himself Mr. Green . I couldn't believe it. Shocked My friend (who has nerves of steal ) walks right up to him. I'm standing there with my jaw on the ground. But soon realize I better get over there before I miss my chance. She asks him if it would be irritating if we talked to him and take some pics. He says it's not irritating at all. She sticks her hand out and says "It's Robert right" (like she didn't know Wink ) He shakes her hand...with a half smile on his face and says "yeah that's right". We ask him how he likes Kalama, which he replied he really hasn't seen much of it but the school. We tell him we are excited that he is playing Edward and he gets the biggest smile on his face. Razz (I wish I could have taken a picture of that). We comment that the shooting scheduale must be tight. He chuckles and kinda rolls his eyes Rolling Eyes and says "yeah". He then offers to take some pictures with us saying it's not a problem.

He was just the nicest person. He kind of hung around while the shuttle van came to get him and take him back to the summit base camp. As he passes us in the van he waves. Way cool guy!

So there is my brush with Edward. I don't think I said it, but he was in costume. Gloden eyes and everything. They are really cool looking contacts. It will be cool to see him in that costume on the big

I'm guessing she's posting pics later.

But that's way cool!!

Robert sounds like such a cutie!!

I love the fact that he got a big smile on his face when they said they were excited about him playing Edward.

After all that **** he got, he needs nothing but praise from here on out.
