Hi and welcome, Em. Yup, those videos and others are on the first/opening post. But don't feel like an idiot. We're all idiots here, watching the same vids and looking at the same pics and analyzing every microsecond ad infinitum.

This isn't addressed to me, but I found this remark interesting. To me, neither Ian nor Jared "represented" Edward or Jacob. See, Edward=Wanderer, the "monster" more good than human, who never thought and expected to find love. And Bella=Ian, the one who loved unreservedly, overlooking the fact that the other isn't even human. There ya go. As much as I ship BE, so I do WI. And in the end, I really don't favor comparing The Host with the Twilight series... so, anyway.

I'm guessing you like Jared.

For me it was like Wanderer = loving and selfsacrificing Bella and Mel = longing tempered Bella. And Ian was the best friend like Jake and Jared the man both females long for desperately. Just that Ian is also like Edward and Jared also a little bit like Jake. haha

. of course you cant really compare those charasters cuz they are very different from each other but... I really hoped for Jared/Wanda/Mel in the end. I didnt see Ian coming. I ignored him pretty much and thought he will be just the best friend and nothing more. Like it was supposed to happen at the beginning since SMs plan was to have Jared as the love interest. But she said he wouldnt bend and Ian changed the outcome.

I love this book to death and its right the way it ended. but i didnt see it coming and so for me it was so much more heatbreaking in the end since i cried the hardest when jared said goodbye to wanderer and he really meant what he said. for the first time wanderer felt loved by him. and i tell ya I cried like never before in my life over a book.

but hey we could talk about it in 'the host'-thread on the board

. i would like to talk about this amazing book. its just never anyone around in the thread who would like to discuss it

i was a hardcore E/B shipper till NM happened.. and that got me thinking... and the Eclipse happened and I just haaated Edward in the beginning.. lol but yah, this movie is gonna rock because Edward's gonna be Twilight!Edward AND he's gonna be RPattz

i LOVE the danger that is the BE realtionship. I love the fact that edward has to restrain himself from killing bella all the time. I love that they have to be careful but that the longing is too much for them to stop when they should. i love that their love is stronger than their supposed nature. I love that they are predator and prey. i just love that tension!

oh yah! the self restrain and tension always leave me dizzzy

there's good and bad about both EB and JB.. so I'm all about not having to choose

but after reading 'the host' i can see a point in taking that team. haha but just for that book. when it comes to twilight all my love goes to edward

but i have to admit

if jake would have been played by stephen rather than taylor i wouldnt mind the half naked scenes at all in the upcoming movies

Oh man I love Taylor he so needs to get a clue.

I loved how in the book Twilight for the prom scene when Edward told him off saying how Bella belonged to him!

That was priceless and might I add sexy as hell!

Not sure who I am yet I think I am a purest and I am team Edward some of the things he did for Bella in the book made my heart leap!

Plus I love Bella and Edwards interactions and characters. I also love who is playing them in the movie as well.

Jacob I am not sure.I see how he has the childhood crush on Bella and wants her to be safe but I feel there is a side of Jacob that is very dangerious maybe even more dangerious then Edward.

However I just got New Moon and I can't wait to start reading it.

To all of the Rob Kristen shippers welcome it is ok if you are not an EB fan as long as you like Rob and Kristen then you are more then welcome on this thread!

My one video for Twight is almost done. However I need some more action clips. If anyone knows where to get them or can pm them to me that would be wonderful.

I am making two videos one is the making of Twilight with Kristen and Robert thrown in.

The other one will focus on Edward and Bella and Kristen and Robert and their love for one another.

Why I don't like the BE relationship:
1. Bella is so insecure about herself she is constantly comparing herself to the Cullens and wanting to be beautiful like them.
2. Edward. (I could go on forever so I am trying not to say anything)
3. It felt rushed and pushed to me. One moment they met. Edward said to stay away. Bella says no. She is so wrapped up in her superficial love for him- physically he is gorgeous to her and they rush into a relationship. It is a TELL relationship but a SHOW relationship. I have been told E&B are in love but to me nothing has been shown. Its all "I love you" there is no picture in my mind that shows Bella and Edward truly in love.
