You know what? I didn't like her in the first couple of books because of how she acted towards Bella, but now that we understand her more, I really like her.

I think after her story a lot of fans started to like her, and really understand why she`s so keen in showing Bella that becoming a vampire is not all sunshine...

I agree. but I also really like how much she didn't want bella to become a vampire.

I didn't like Rosalie at all in the beginning. She was so mean and shallow. But than I read her story and I just fell for her

I 'd when she thought about herself in the first chapter of Midnight Sun.

We know now that she's so against Bella turning into a vampire because she knows it's not all fun and games, like Bella thought it was at the beginning... I think Rosalie is one, if not the only one, who actually would preffer not ot be a vampire... The only console he's got in all of this is that she has Emmet now

To paraphrase Stephenie, Rosalie holds on to her humanity with all ten fingers. I think if it was possible (it's not) for any of the Cullens and Hales to become human again they definitely would, but Rosalie without a doubt would be first in line.
