David Slade(the director) tweeted that he was filming kissing vampires a couple of days ago I REALLY HOPE IT'S JASPER AND ALICE the other optons are rosalie emmet,victoria and riley or Carslie and esme (doubt it they had one in Twilight)

It is a very distinct possibility that it is Jasper and Alice.
 I believe they already filmed some of the Riley/Victoria kissing stuff (from pics that I saw floating around of Bryce) and they did not kiss that much in the book. And I do not forsee them exploring the Carlisle/Esme romance to the point where we would see them kissing. __________________
