I've got my window open so I can look outside and I have "A River Flows in You" by Yuma on repeat. I love listening to relaxing music on these days.

Ugh, I hate being lactose and tolerant. I forget that I have to take it easy on the milk stuff. I can sometimes over-do it and it's not pleasant.
