It is pancake day today When my Cousin gets home we're going to make some. We don't have any lemon though so we're going to have to have orange juice and sugar or grapefruit juice and sugar on them instead.

eggs, flour & milk to make a thin batter (like a thick milkshake) then pour a thin layer (couple of mm) into a hot frying pan and spread out to cover the entire base of the pan. When it stops sticking, flip pancake over. When it's cooked, put it on a plate and squeeze lemon juice over it and a sprinkling of sugar. Roll up pancake and eat!

We make our pancakes the way Jen described (just without the lemon/sugar part) but we add a tad mineral water to make them more fluffy. Oh and of course rule number one: don't blow up the kitchen.
