yeah, I have poor circulation too. I should exercise more, but I'm too lazy :lol:

try moving your hand a lot, maybe getting a little ball (or hell, a pair of balled up socks? :lol: ) and start squeezing ;)

Exercising helps? I run everyday and my feet are like ice.
