I wonder if only the wolf feels the pull of the imprint or if Sam the human would feel it as much without his wolf "spirit". Like would he have eventually fallen in love with Emily over time without the influence of the imprint? Because if he's so head over heels for Emily, how can he still be in love with Leah like we all know he is? Like I think his love for Leah is still as strong as it ever was, it's just that the imprint has taken over and clouded his mind so it feels like he loves Emily more. Does that make sense?

Yes, they definitely need to get on with it. Filming starts sooner rather than later and...we have to know! On the other hand, if they cast the "wrong" Leah, I'm going to bemoan it for awhile, possibly until the movie actually comes out...next year...

^ Me too. Q'orianka is just so perfect for the role. I'm glad she withdrew her name from the pool for Emily, I can't see her in that role. But really, who else are they going to cast if not our girl? There can't be that many NA actresses out there that are the right age.

All very good points. Honestly, I cannot think of a reason why they would not cast her. Which makes me think they won't, for some reason.

Its Q'orianka or bust for me, I just can't see anyone else in the role and no one deserves it like she does, you can tell, just from hearing her speak how much she loves leah

Okay, now this is making me really want to know! Didn't she say in the podcast that her last meeting with the casting director was yesterday? That's a good sign if she's meeting with the casting people multiple times right? And if her last meeting was yesterday (wednesday) then we should know soon, shouldn't we?

If they don't cast her, they had better release some footage of the girl they do cast after they make the announcement or they're going to have alot of angry fans out there...and probably angry wolves too because she and Alex seem to be pretty good friends.

The podcast was prerecorded so we don't know

Ugh waiting is killing me, because I've been dreaming about Q'orianka getting the role for like a year and a half and then to have it be a possiblity is amazing. If they don't cast her now, i'll be devestated.
