well for one bad thing for edward i hated the way he broke jacob's heart in eclipse with the tent scene. that was cruel and well below the belt imo

loveloveme - we try to stay focused on what we like about Jacob in here and leave the other shipper groups out of it.

I just got done w/ eclipse, so of course I have a lot of Jacob thoughts swirling around my head now

Jacob is one of my favorite characters and SM really didn't disappoint in Eclipse. I was confused about Jacob in the third book I think b/c of his good and bad sides - they both seem very extreme, which caught me off guard. Like, when he comes in to warm Bella up in the tent - part of me hated the way he was and thought he really was just a jerk b/c I thought he'd respect Bella's decision more and respect Edward, or at least tolerate him, just b/c he is Bella's choice. Then again, I agree that Edward also didn't play fair. I'm still in limbo on whether I think Edward played Bella the way Jacob did Jacob got Bella to ask for a kiss....the jury's still out

I was bawling after Bella left Jacob

It made me hurt so bad for Jacob that they both know they love each other but that it's not enough.

I loved werewolf Jacob and his tongue-lolling grin

Whew. I just finished the second book, and I think I've officially made Jacob my favorite.

Although, I have a feeling I'm going to be a little disappointed the more I keep reading. I really don't like the way Bella has sort of "used" him to get over Edward. And now they're barely even talking.

Hi gus

Before i read the 3. book, my friends had sad they hate Jacob. It's over again over. Now i finished 3. book. And i don't hate Jacob. Also i like him. He isn't the bad guy. Yes, sometimes he did wrong thing but that why he loves Bella and dosen't ant to lose her especially he dosen't want Bella turn a vampire. And he is right somehow. I hope Jake will find the right girl to him.

I would have to say my fav part was when Rosalie came into Bellas room and told her story

But since this is a jacob thread, it would probably be when Jacob kept the tent warm for Bella

Which Jacob scene are you guys most excited about seeing in the future movies?
I think the phasing scenes are going to be really cool. But I can not wait for the first half of New Moon, to see Bella and Jacob interact as good friends who depend on each other and help each other through the days

Favorite Jacob quote?
"Do you just stop your foot? I thought girls only did that on tv."

Thing you most like about Jacob
That he is so happy in nature, and I love how SM describes his smile, and all his jokes. He is a smiley person, what I love.

I think, aside being a guy, I think with regards to being a happy person, and being an anchor for friends, I am most like him

The long hair. I am a short hair kinda gal

though, he is a native american, so that is okay
