Ashley Greene: Jackson is an awesome guy! Such a fun person to be around. And I think there is a bit of chemistry with everyone in the cast. We all get along great. We all hang out and goof off together.

Eclipse-la: One word (or more... your choice) to describe each member of the cast?
Ashley Greene: Jackson/Jasper-- My Love! HAHA I love having him as a soulmate for eternity!

Phases: What kind of chemistry do you and Ashley Greene have on screen?
Jackson: Onscreen our chemistry is like Bogart, smoking.

Film Fantasy Magazine: Kirsten, our photographer/author, found the chemistry between these two (Jackson and Ashley), playing husband and wife, particularly strong.

Ashley was the only cast member from Twilight there.

Also, the title of this thread might be a bit misleading. Jackson's birthday is in December. I think the video clip, Jackson is singing to someone else, "Happy Birthday to you!" So we don't really know if Ashley spent his birthday with him.

But how cute is she dancing all out right in front of him. So sweet. And he's looking at her.
