I just read that his Movie Dread will have its north america debut at the Fantasia film festival (montreal) that runs thru july 29th. It doesnt say what day Dread will show but the schedule will be announced on friday. I know the article says the director will be there for the film so I wonder if that is one of jacksons scheduling conflicts. I know at the florida twicon when someone asked about the film he was very excited about it. MAybe he is trying to do some press for it? I think maybe one of the other conflicts is the legacy ball for his friend Spencer in michigan on aug 15 his band is confirmed to be there. It might be hard for him to fly back to arizona to do twicon on sunday???
