That it is really just starting out and he has such great potential.
He has great range and I love the style he brings to all the work
that he does. Even though he is in the spotlight, he still appreciates
that acting is a craft and not just a job and that all his roles, no
matter how big or small, seem important to him. If given the right
opportunity, I can see Rob turning out more really great performances.

Edward Cullen

I think his main draw is the mystery. As Bella said, “He is even more unbelievable
behind the face.” That, and I always find myself relating to the characters who seem darker,
more melancholy, because it presents the age old question of “Why?”.What about his past and
his life made him feel the way he felt about himself and
everything that happened around him?Edward is definitely a character that
seems so easy to figure out yet he is rather complex.

His like the perfect gentlemen, and sex god or just god and I love how protective he is of bella.
And all the words that come out of his mouth make me get butterflies in my
stomach and I love how his a vampire and his inner struggle to not bite
someone, I loveeeeeeeeee his dark side hehe. - paire_gal21

Edward is an intreasting guy, he seems like this perfect being but underneath his cold calm front he
is a compleat mess. He struggles daily with what he is and tha kind of torment is epic.
I don't think I have ever read about a guy who has to challange himself like this.
He's also a very romantic guy, he would do anything to be with Bella and i find that and
his sincerity about the relationship really endering. He is deffinatly a dual character,
he has a very intense, dark, angry side of him and then there is a loving, kind,
hopefull side of him and I love both aspects, they just make him more complex and facinating.

Why are we hooked?
The way he acts, to begin with, the fact that despite having gone through decades,
he still has the manners and morals of a boy from 1918. Then there's everything that
got revealed in Midnight Sun, the way he overanalyzes things, over-thinks everything.
In a way, I have more in common with Edward than any character in the book, so I do
feel like I understand his mind process. And that keeps my interest.
And explains why I can't bother reading New Moon again.

As the story progresses, so does the depth of Edward's character. He starts out as a
brooding vampire, desperately trying to live up to seemingly impossible standards
for a vampire but as time passes, and the reader sees how capable he is, he becomes
an immortal who has more humanity than possibly anyone in the story. It is not so
much that he has to be good for the sake of being good but he wants to be good,
and he wants to be a better man not for himself but for those he loves, Bella
especially. - starzscarme

Its true famous pictures get redone all the time!.. doesnt take away from the epicness of the original though. Look at lindsey lohan copying marilyn.. THAT was laughable and embarrassing

I think it depens on how strong a relationship you have with the original

but I understand you somewhat because I was really pissed when I saw Leo/Jack kiss Kate/Rose hand in Titanic
