Thats exactly how I saw them. Cuz frankly Bella never fit with the Cullens. She loved her noisy truck, not their shiny cars, she didnt like the fancy clothes Alice would make ger wear, she loved cooking, she loved hanging out with Jacob in the garage, she found pleasure in the most common activities..Sorry, but I just didnt see her fitting in the "hollywood" family, or hunting lions or bears or whatever. *shudder* She loved it at La Push, and those guys were almost family to her. She belonged with all of them.

I totally agree that Bella was more herself on the Rez and that she never fit in with the Cullens like she did the Pack. I think Bella just got caught up in everything that was Cullen and it was so much like a fantasy that she forgot about who she really was.

And then their cute game of how old they really were was adorable too.

I wonder if there is any chance SM will write an alernate ending the NM where she stays with Jacob? Probably not, but a girl can dream right?

I mean, even Edward admits that Jacob knows Bella better than he does...damn Edward for taking away what could have been between J/B. It's like they just flow together. He knows her every thought, every smile, every line on her face...and they're just so awesome to read about, even in the angsty stories.

Exactly. She went after the fantasy, and put aside the reality, and she just didnt understand what she wanted, what was right for her.
