| Steven Strait is an actor that is often used as Jacob in fanarts and videos. Before the movies, the fans used Steven as Jacob, Gaspard Ulliel as Edward and Emily Browing as Bella in their arts and videos. They call them The Dream Team. And they happen to be the ones I pictured in my head when I read the books the first time, too.  Now with the official cast for the movies, people tend to use Robert and Kristen. But since we got so little footage of Taylor as Jacob, some people still use Steven. | |||

Even though I read the books before seeing it, I don't remember what they looked like in my mind then. Taylor is the perfect Jacob in every way, I really had no problem with them choosing him to play Jake. | Elite Fan | Yeah, they picked the right guy, and though Tay looks really young at times, seeing how Jacob looked like 25 in Eclipse, he still is perfect as Jacob.
