I'll assume that most of us have read the books too (I haven't though, currently reading them). So I think it's okay to discuss in the threads. I don't think people will post on the threads if they want to be spoiled (but that's just me). For now, it's fair game and rules will only be set in place once permanent mods are appointed. Like you, I want to pace myself. I've seen 4 eps now and 4 more, I'm done and I don't want to watch it all right away. So I might finish the books first and watch the movie before I finish the show.

Also spoiler policy, I think it's usually a week or two that you can only post episode related stuff in episode threads. But once the 1 or 2 week consideration has passed posting about all 8 episodes (gifets etc) are allowed in all character threads etc.
