Having seenthe 2nd episode, his intentions are okay but he just doesn't know how to execute them no

From reading the books it's even more frustrating that Mr. Poe can't even see through the disguises.

I like him more on the TV show.

^ He's much funnier on the show, which helps a lot. It makes him seem completely ridiculous rather than just frustratingly clueless.

I have to say I almost felt bad for him in the last episode when he was having a meltdown that he'd lost the Baudelaires... And then you find out it's only because he knows he won't get his precious promotion at the bank if he doesn't find them.

I think 1x04 is the real ep where I want to slap him the most haha

Though he is still very lovable

Loved his freak out when seeing sunny with that snake LOL

His wife has more of a presence on the show too (I've just finished book 5 so I'm not sure further on if his wife will figure in more). And ditto, I felt bad for him too when he thought he'd lost the kids but then he's only more concerned because of his promotion which frankly I don't think he should earn because he's terrible at his job.
