Oh? That's interesting.

Saw in the beginning credits of the show that he's an executive producer, as well as did the teleplay for the series!

I looked and I'm only finding credit as author of the books in relation to the movie, so I don't think he was involved.

Also I found it was on Top Chef Masters that he appeared
