Felicity - As the Felicity board closes!

I posted this on the board closure thread but I also wanted to post this here.

Everyone!! I am very, very sad that this boprd is closing but we have had an aamazing run!! The show has been off the air for 5 yrs!! Think about what a great place Fan Forum has provcided for us to share our wonderful show!!

We will always have this wonderful wonderful show & we can move to the TV show board & talk about the actors on the male celebrities board & Female celebs board!!

Please do not think of this as an ending just a different sort of way to celebrate Felicity!

I have been a memeber of this board for over 7 & a half years & I have "met" a lot of wonderful people online. Some who have become personal friends. This special show has brought us together & I hope we can celebrate it in the next few days.

I want to echo your sentiments as well. When I first started watching Felicity, it coincided with the purchase of our first computer and my discovery of the "internet". As my love for the show grew, I searched for a place to share my obsession with this amazing show and the wonderful characters (and the actors who portrayed them). I found that place here at Fan Forum. I was too shy to post for several months, but I finally mustered the courage to do so... and I subsequently made some amazing "cyber-friends" and found the kindred spirits I was looking for.

As 2Nickels said, it's been an amazing run. Felicity will live in our memories - not to mention on our DVD players! - forever.

I'll look forward to chatting with everyone on the television board, and the male and female celebrities board.

Jann, I'm truly sorry that this board is closing, and it was a tough decision for me, because this board was the first board that I ever moderated here. You did a great job moderating this board, and I look forward to seeing you and everyone else continue your discussions about Felicity on the Television board. Thanks for everything.

we appreciate it or atleast I do. I realize that we probably would have lost this board months ago. But, like jann said I think our love for felicity and the wonderful actors who portrayed the characters we loved will live on at ff.

Hey guys

I'm incredibly sad about the news...Felicity is and will always be my favorite TV show. It's so hard to let go of this place. I was so excited about the baord recustomization. I thought that there were new posters and that we were doing great with the post count! I'm just very sad...
can someone please post the link to the Felicity thread in the tv shows board? i can't find it

I'm saddened to hear this thread is closing, just as I have got the dvd's and was starting to relive it all over again, but I do understand, now that I realise its been off the air for 5 years, but prolly on 3 yrs for us Aussies!!

It's sad that the board is closing

, but I met some great fans of the show through FF & that's a plus. Maybe a thread will be started at the Television board in honor of this amazing show.

Awww, this is heartbreaking. This board is what made me actually start watching the show. I came across this board and thought that the show sounded interesting and I was hooked after that. I am very sorry to hear this.
