They show some of these specials and movies that were original to the show on the Disney Family Movies section On Demand, but you have to pay to get it.

Unfortunately, not a lot has been released on DVD. From the OP, "Fuzzbucket", "Student Exchange" and "The Leftovers" were released on a line called 'Disney Generation' or something like that. Available only on Amazon. The line has been discontinued, but they still have them up on the site. A few other things had been released on VHS.

It is. I got "Fuzzbucket" and "Student Exchange" on DVD and some others on tape that I recorded. I don't know why Disney doesn't do a better job with their back catalog. It's a lot of the same movies they keep re-releasing.
