Only the fortunate humans get to grow “old”. And Helmand got to live a good long life.

That is the episode where Tony convinced Angela to take a vacation to Mexico. He thought she worked too much and deserved a break. Angela's boss called while they were away. However, Tony failed to tell her. He didn't want her to bothered. Because Angela didn't take the call, the company lost a huge account. Angela ended up getting fired from Wallace and McQuaid. It wasn't easy for her after that, but that's how she ended up starting the Bower Agency.

Wow. How did Tony feel after doing that and she got fired?

I'm sure he felt terribly, but he is also one of the people to encourage her to start her own business. No one wanted to hire Angela after she was fired, but Tony and Mona helped pick her up from it.

At least he urged her on to do something. She was probably happier with her own business.

I think so, but then the guy at Wallace & McQuaid started doing sneaky stuff to steal her clients.
