I have an original glow worm
Also a cabbage doll.

My moms bed! I think (and hope) the mattress is new, but the frame is straight from the 80s.

There still is a swatch lying around somewhere....the funky one with like a vomit look of many colors.

I really need to do some cleaning. :tounge:

Some stuff is still at my parents' place, I believe. Unless they threw it out without telling me. The Rubik's cube should be there.

Me too. We should have bought one extra, and kept it unused.

I think my most prized 80's item is:

Duran Duran's Dancing on the Valentine (80's video compilation) on betamax format!

I don't have a beta player anymore, but I can't bear to give the videotape away!

Hey, I still use nothing but VCR's. But the release of those Jem DVD's with pretty, crisp animation is enough to lure me over to the digital age.

Um, stuff, stuff...there's so much of it. I have all my Jem dolls, their accompanying 3 "song" tapes and playsets (Star Stage w/ cassette player, Rock Backstager w/ auxillary, both of which still work), one lone Cabbage Patch in a homemade sari, She-ra's Crystal Castle and little swan thing but no dolls or horses anymore, one very loved and used Pound Puppy, quite a few scraggly Little Ponies, and the first album I ever owned: Tiffany's first album, given to me by my Dad when I was seven, on cassette. I'll never give that thing up. In fact, I still have most of my '80s era tapes. They still work.

I still have all my vinyl albums, but none of my cassettes. I wore all those out, unfortunately. Some I really feel like replacing.

I'm sappy like that too. I don't want to give up the stuff with all the memories.
