"Weird Al" Yankovic burst onto the scene in the early 80s and grabbed pop culture by the throat with his parodies of the songs of the day.

Some of Al's most famous contributions to the 80s were his parodies of mega hits like "Beat It", which became "Eat It" :

Al continues to be as popular as ever. His latest album was his highest charting album on the Billboard charts.

That's funny, Melis.

His concerts are real spectacles. A real epic comedy/music performance. Costume changes, video screens, etc. He'll come out in full Fat suit and all. Taped segments in between would have him interviewing celebrities. It's all fake, of course, but it's hilarious.

If he's ever in your area, go. It's a hoot.

Yeah, he's incredible.

One of my favorite moments was when he introduced the band. He was like "That's the guitar player. That's the drummer. That's the bass player". Lol!.

Weird Al always comes to Milwaukee for Summerfest but I never get to see him. Now THAT would be a fun concert
