Well, I can't say they were wrong. Lol. Obviously, the movie would of been just fine without it, but I guess they thought "Girl" in the title might make it look like just a girl movie to males. I don't know. Either that or, thanks to "Porky's" and "Fast Times" before it, they just had to have it.
