The upcoming musical remake has been pulled from the schedule. It was originally going to be released this June. The story says that the studio is looking for a better date.

No, I am not. Lol. I am not keen on this remake at all. The fact that is going to be a musical is somewhat intriguing though. Will it be new songs or just 80's songs? a mixture of both? I have seen some pics and it looks like they did a decent job with the clothes and some of the aesthetics. I guess we will see.

The interiors of the mall were shot at a mall in Torrance, CA. It is still there too.

I had never heard of tripendicular before.

I am not sure. I have seen some pictures. An entire wing of the mall was closed down and one wing was demolished. They now have an open air concept with specialty stores but I am not sure if that is the whole mall or just one wing of it.

The movie is 35 today!

Deborah Foreman, the star, must be on hard times. She has been tweeting about how they raised the rent of her condo and she has to move. She has started a Go Fund Me page and has tweeted asking for help from some of her co-stars. She hasn't acted in years and must not of made much money. She said "I can't be 55 and homeless." Some people were actually being mean to her. One guy said "Didn't save that 'Real Genius' money, huh?" Anyways, one of her directors gave her $5,000.
