TGIF #2 - We couldn't wait for Friday night!
 TGIF was a programming block of family friendly TV shows that aired Friday nights on ABC. It began in the fall of 1988 (without the moniker) with a schedule of "Perfect Strangers", "Full House", "Mr. Belvedere" and "Just The Ten Of Us". The following year, it gained the TGIF name and began the 1989 season with "Full House", "Family Matters", "Perfect Strangers" and "Just The Ten Of Us". 1989 Promo:    TGIF ceased airing at the end of the 1999-2000 season after having continued success with shows like "Step by Step", "Boy Meets World" and "Sabrina The Teenage Witch".
