Love the title! Thanks for a new thread. In honor of what i said to Melis, This movie desperately needs a 4K. It had a planned anniversary blu ray that never came out. Now it's pushing 35 years. Stand By Me came out the month and year I was born, August 86. So all it's anniversary editions will be my birthdays (so i'm not pushing for 35 just yet lol). Freaking out i'm turning 33 in 3 months.

Aw thanks! But totally not, lol. 33 is the last year of early 30s...then i'm mid 30s. Scary as hell!

I wish I was 33, Matt.

Love the title for the thread.

Melis 05-13-2019 06:08 PM

It's not scary, Matt.

Thanks. Glad you approve.

A new 4K Ultra HD is coming out with never before seen footage.

Melis 05-25-2019 09:13 AM

That sounds great. I don't have a way to play it, but it's great they're making one.

Melis 05-27-2019 01:37 PM

one of my fave scenes

Barrybgb 05-28-2019 06:37 AM

Mine too. I would of walked across it.

Melis 05-28-2019 06:28 PM

I would have been scared.

I am not one for heights, but the track itself was wide enough where I would feel okay. Of course, that is if there wasn't a train barreling down on me like in the movie.

Melis 05-29-2019 05:38 PM

They did well with that scene.

When you saw the train from behind them it looked so much closer.

Melis 05-30-2019 06:17 PM

Yeah, and the kids did well with their acting.
