ah yes, a glam rocker from the 70s who didnt get a higher regard as David Bowie or Marc Bolan's T Rex. Rod often felt aggrieved thinking that David Bowie's music was deep and intellectual while the stuff he was making was seen to be merely 'fluff', which it was
Here he is in the same picture as David Bowie Anyway Rod Stewart's best known stuff in the 80s revolved around covers, such as Downtown Train, which was a Tom Waits song Admittedly the man did age very well Here is his best known song __________________

A lot of his covers were excellent.
I've seen him in concert twice. The man has more energy than I do. __________________

Anyway this article regarding Rod's reaction to David Bowie's death really ruffled Rod's feathers This was David Bowie with Mick Ronson, Rod's doppelgänger during the glam rock era __________________

Rod sure had some interesting looks over the years.

One of Rod's sons, the one he had with Rachel Hunter, has played hockey here for some years. I believe Rachel even has an apartment on the river close to the arena where they play. I believe Rod comes to town to watch him play now and then as well.

The 1990s were really the pits in terms of music creativity
Case in point, a forgettable dance act decided to remix Do You Think Im Sexy when the original still held up by itself, along with the Bee Gees's Staying Alive The 1990s, a time when history took a toilet break __________________
