Thread #3 for horror's biggest star, Robert Englund. A classically trained actor who gained most fame as villainous Freddy Krueger in the "A Nightmare On Elm Street Series" beginning in 1984. He played the role in 8 films over 19 years and a television series, "Freddy's Nightmares", for two years.

Robert is a versatile character actor who got his start in the 70s. Other than Freddy, he is probably best known as friendly alien Willie in the 80s mini-series/series "V", as well as numerous film and TV appearances.
