I had periods even as a kid when I didn't sleep well.

I just realised why I'm hyper, I had coffee earlier tonight and the caffeien affects me. I know I shouldn't drink it too late, and yet I occasionally do.

Oh...with me...theres no reason...I just find it hard to switch off at night...even though I'm tired.

That is what happens to me too, most of the time. I've learnt that coffee is an extra trigger for me though.
