I have been re-watching the 'Harry Potter' movies.

Today I saw The Star with my nephew. Wasn't sure how I'd like it. I'm not religious, but the movie was kind of cute. The donkey made it fun.

Wouldn't recommend it for all ages, though. There was a kid on the other side of me who was on his phone. One kid behind me was asleep.

Unlike a lot of forgotten synthpop acts, these guys had attitude/ spunk along with the catchiness of their music

the trailer looked cute. it has a good cast doing the voices. but yeah religious movies doing usually go over well in theaters. i can see it doing better on cable or netflix.

I watched "Super 8" for the first time in a long time last night. Forgot how much I like that one.

It came out in 2011 from J.J. Abrams. Very much in the 80's Spielberg vibe. It's like Alien/Close Encounters meets Stand By Me/The Goonies.
