Who knows. They released the first season, or at least some episodes, in the U.K. years ago and it didn't sell well. I guess they got cold feet to release it here. I don't know.

I remember being jealous when my one sister went to see part 2, "Freddy's Revenge", with her friends. I had already seen the original on TV. She took me into her room and closed the door and turned off the lights and proceeded to tell me all about it while trying to scare me. Lol. I was probably 7 or so.
