Plus, Heather Langenkamp has said she would be open to doing Nancy again. Of course, if they did bring her back, then it would have to be Robert as well or else it would not work at all with having her but a different actor.

Because Heather/Nancy's history is with Robert as Freddy. If you brought her back but not Robert, then it would ring false. It wouldn't have the impact it should have because her and Robert have that rich history. It would be like having a family reunion but hiring some stranger to play your dad or brother even when the real one is still there. Lol. You know what I mean? It would be like "Well, here is Nancy, but who is this impostor?"

I would love nothing more than for that to happen, but I don't think it will. If it doesn't, then I am more than okay with letting the franchise just be left alone. To get our Freddy fix, they could still release "Freddy's Nightmares" to DVD. They could also do games,video games (all which could use Robert's voice), etc. They have already done Freddy books and comic books, but they could do new ones.

My coworker has a freddy krueger tattoo! It's pretty rad. People think it's an american flag because of what peeks out of her sleeve. I love it

The future is so bright, you gotta wear shades. Lol. Well, the future wasn't so bright for his victim. That was a cool and odd scene. It was odd because you never really expected to see Freddy in such a serene beautiful place as the beach with the sand and palm trees and whatnot.

That was from Part 4 which I am just filled with love for. I have explained why already. Anyways, there was a great hour long "Making Of" special on that movie that originally aired on the USA Network in 1988. It was just one of the best specials ever. I taped it then and still have it now.
