Yeah, the ending they chose was much better.

It was smart to test the movie first. We could have had that awful ending if they didn't.

Test screenings are good for something. Not always though. Some people who see a screening may not have a clue at all and changes that are made shouldn't of been.

I'd be upset too if I drove all that way and found out the amusement park was closed.

National Lampoon's Vacation is another one of my favorite movies and it is so full of humor to watch and Chevy Chase is hilarious as Clark Griswold. My favorite part of National Lampoon's Vacation is when they are driving Aunt Edna to Phoenix and then she dies and they try to put Aunt Edna's body on the roof of the van and Clark's farewell speech about Aunt Edna is really funny. It's hard to believe that National Lampoon's Vacation would be the start of the Vacation series and it's no wonder why National Lampoon's Vacation ranks as one of the funniest comedies of all time. Another thing you might notice if you have National Lampoon's Vacation on DVD the song I'm So Excited by The Pointer Sisters is not featured in the scene where Clark sees Christie Brinkley's character driving her car on the road and replaced by a song called Sweet Little Boy Of Mine. Too bad Walley World was closed for repairs but John Candy's character saved the day by letting the Griswold's into Walley World for free

Poor Aunt Edna. lol

That scene where he was staring at her was funny and creepy at the same time.

And doing it in a not so subtle way with his wife always near by.
