Money Pit is a very funny movie. Tom Hanks and Shelly Long are to good ones together. I had never seen it till about a year ago. I'm glad I watched it.

Ooh Im glad to see a fan of the movie. I felt so bad for them but yet it was hilarious. The turkey scene was priceless.

The scene I remember so vividly from the Money Pit is probably when they were filling up the bathtub and it fell through the floor, shattering into a billion pieces below. Their stunned reaction was priceless and Tom Hanks' laugh made me roll as a kid.

I remember seeing this one in the theater. It wasn't one of Hanks' better films in the 80's, but it has it's moments. I loved him sinking in the hole in the floor and, as you have already mentioned, the laughing scene. Lol. I haven't seen this one in a long time. Might be time for a re-watch.

I felt so bad for them though they bought that house only for it to break down on them.

I think I remember seeing this movie awhile ago. If I didn't, it's definitely on my list of Shelley Long movies to get.
