| Miami Vice - Because It's Finally Out On DVD!  Stubble-faced detective Crockett lived in a sailboat guarded by his alligator Elvis. His partner Tubbs was a black New York cop looking for his brother's killer. Together they took on the Florida drug world. I don't have the DVDs yet. But I'm eager to hear more about them. | I have fond memories of how Miami Vice changed male fashion. It was suddenly cool to wear pastel blazers and loafers without socks. Plus, everyone seemed to want an alligator for a pet.
