There was A LOT of yelling and "rough" treatment! The principal was praised for turning the school around, but his approach to it was not how a principal should handle things. Screaming at the kids would not be tolerated. Being tough doesn't help either. You can be firm without screaming and being rough.

That kind of approach would not be tolerated in today's schools.

Yeah, you don't have to be a dictator to change things. A lot of things wouldn't be tolerated in schools nowadays.

I saw my principal tweeted this movie. Interesting. If he acted like this principal, he wouldn't have a job.
