1988 coming of age comedy/drama from director John G. Avildsen ("Rocky", "The Karate Kid"). Molly Ringwald (in her final "teen" film) and Randall Batinkoff star as high school seniors in love. Darcy gets pregnant before graduation and decides to keep the baby.

Miriam Flynn ("Mr.Mom", "Vacation" films), Conchatta Ferrell ("Edward Scissorhands", "Two and a Half Men") and Pauly shore co-star.

It was hard to even get a good trailer. The one I posted is good enough but it is under the original title of "Maybe Baby".

I have seen this one get trashed by critics for not being realistic but it seemed pretty realistic to me from what I remember. Sticking out like a sore thumb and getting taunts while being pregnant and STILL in high school. The struggle to make it work. The first place they looked at was a complete mess. It was awful.

This was on Sundance today. I was so mad because I had missed everything but the end. It'll be on again at 2 AM, so I will be recording.

BTW, Sundace is airing a lot of 80s movies today.

I like this movie I have the DVD of it. It's cute and the baby is cute as well. Didn't realize it was a different title before it became "For Keeps"
