| jenny you should see it's a cute movie, but here's what's it's about. Darcy, editor at her highschool paper, and her long-term boyfriend Stan are in their last months of school and already have found places in good colleges. Recently they started to sleep with each other and, surprise, surprise, Darcy gets pregnant. Neither Darcy's mother, who was left by her husband and had to bring up Darcy alone, nor Stan's catholic parents are very supportive and urge them to have an abortion or give up for adoption respectively. However Darcy's and Stan's love is so intense, they could imagine to have a baby, but this would mean to give up their college carriers. __________________ LAURA | |||

| and they go through all these trials and tribulations, and Darcy even wants nothing to do with her baby after it's born.( I would say severe post partum depression). | I've never seen that cover art. I have it on VHS it's a pink box. I loved this movie. I don't know if it was my slight infatuation with Randall or if it's because of Molly...probably a little bit of both. | Where did you find the DVD? I love this movie and I would to have it on DVD to complete my collection of Molly Ringwald movies. I can't get enough of it. It just sucks that they rarely show it on television. I randomly saw it like in the mid-90s, one morning on cable. I saw it and I was hooked. I thoguht the movie had a good message behind it. And it's a must see for young teens. It really showed how hard it is to raise and child and go to college. __________________ | |||
