Oh wow! It was a great night but a sad one too. Never knew so many ended at the same time.

I didn't think the "Growing Pains" finale was as good as I wanted it to be. I think they showed clips from throughout the show too as they prepared to pack up and move. I didn't like that part. I wanted them to stay in the house. Of course, the second reunion movie had them back in the house but it was a completely different house they said had been re-modeled. Yeah, right.

I wanted a finale, too. I don't think of clips as a finale.

I watched the ep where Carol was upset because Bobby wouldn't ask her to the dance.

Is that the one where she discovers him working at the Empire State Building?

Yes, then they danced together at the top of the building. :love:

I think so. something like that. It's a blur already. lol

I watched a season two episode. Carol was really thrilled and happy when the most popular girl in school starts hanging out with her and coming over to the house. It turns out it was all a ploy to get closer to Mike. Carol didn't understand why she kept asking/talking about Mike when she was over.

Remember the episode, I think it was in season one, when Mike started dating a french exchange student? I can't remember if she actually was a french exchange student or if she was just real cultured and sophisticated. I do remember her being able to speak french. She was a total snob too. He impressed her with a poem written by Carol.

That ep about the popular girls sounds familiar too. poor carol

The one with the popular girl was season two. The other was season one.
